Exercise after Pregnancy

The key behind getting back pre-baby body is eating a healthy and a balanced diet. Exercise will certainly be the last thing that a woman will feel like doing, especially when you are sore and have a newborn that keeps you awake all night long.

For the first six weeks, stop worrying about your body’s shape and make sure you start small, especially if you have undergone a C-section. Try some modified pushups and go for a walk in the park with the baby. After the baby gets comfortable with the nanny, hit the gym and get back to shape.
